Halifax Regional Police are releasing the name of a woman who was found deceased at an address in Dartmouth on the morning of July 11.
Police received a report of a death that occurred at an address on Lynwood Drive in Dartmouth.
Officers located 85-year-old Eleanor Noreen Harding deceased in the residence. Information gathered during the investigation has led investigators to believe the death is suspicious. Members from the Special Investigation Section and the Forensic Identification Section of the Criminal Investigative Division are continuing to process the scene.
The investigation is in its early stages and details are limited at this time. Police are working in conjunction with the Medical Examiners Service and will provide additional information when available.
