On January 14, at 3:51 p.m. reports were received of a protest taking place at the Armdale Rotary. The protest was in support of the Wet'suwet'en first nation efforts. Crosswalks were blocked at the rotary for a very short period of time. The protest then moved to Horseshoe Island Park for speeches and prayer. The protesters dispersed after approximately 30 minutes. No intervention was required by police and traffic disruption was minimal.
