At 9:30 p.m. on January 8, members responded to Wilson’s-Highfield Video and Variety at 94 Highfieldpark Drive in relation to a robbery that had just occurred.
Upon arrival, it was learned that a male suspect had come into the store and demanded for the clerk to open the till. Suspect stole an undetermined amount of money from the store and fled on foot toward Victoria Road.
K-9 Unit attended with negative results.
The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 30 years of age, approx 5'7" and 180 lbs. He was wearing a black beanie style toque with the rim rolled up, a white patterned blue bandanna covering the lower half of his face, a black 3/4 length winter coat with black fur around the edge of the hood, black gloves and dark blue jeans.
