UPDATE: The earlier motor vehicle collision on the MacDonald Bridge has been cleared up. The bridge is now open to vehicular traffic in both directions. There were no injuries reported.

On March 20, Halifax Regional Police were on scene of a multi vehicle accident, mid-span of the Angus L. Macdonald Bridge. The bridge was temporarily closed to vehicle traffic in both directions, while members investigated the matter.
