The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising motorists that Argyle Street will be closed to traffic tomorrow between Prince and Sackville streets for the 2018 Scotiabank Blue Nose Marathon Block Fest.

At approximately 1:23 a.m. on May 17, police responded to a robbery in progress at the Irving gas station located at 2499 Robie Street, Halifax. A woman entered; stated she had weapon and demanded cash. No weapons were seen. The woman fled on a bicycle towards North Street. Members of the K-9 Unit attended but were unable to locate the woman.
