    On January 16 at approximately 2:10 p.m., a citizen travelling towards Halifax on the 111 Highway in Dartmouth, reported seeing two black cars travelling next to each other and that an individual from one of the vehicles appeared to have discharged a firearm at the other vehicle, possibly striking it.

    The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents to expect delays on Glendale Drive, between Riverside and Smokey drives, on Monday, Jan. 18 and Tuesday, Jan. 19. This work will require the traffic signal at the intersection of Glendale and Riverside drives to be shut down.
