On September 21 at 9:17 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to Churchill Court for a report that a man had been shot. Police located a 22-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound.

On the afternoon of September 19, Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Break & Enter at a church on Farrell Street in Dartmouth. The suspects entered the church overnight, stole some items and caused property damages.
