    At 11:53 p.m. on September 28, East Division patrol members responded to an apartment building in the 0-100 block of Pinecrest Drive in Dartmouth to a report of a male being assaulted. Members located a 38-year-old male victim who sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident. The victim had been assaulted with a imitation firearm and stun gun which were later recovered, and his wallet and jewelry were stolen. The victim was treated at the scene by EHS and released.

    At approximately 9:09 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to the Halifax Transit Bridge Terminal, 24 Nantucket Avenue in Dartmouth in relation to a complaint of a man with a weapon. The man in question was located; no weapon has been recovered at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
