    At approximately 1:41 a.m. on May 9, emergency personnel responded to the area of the 2100 block of Gottingen Street to a report of a vehicle that was flipped on its side. Members determined the vehicle had struck two parked vehicles on the east side of Gottingen Street. The driver of the vehicle left the scene prior to police arrival. The collision is still under investigation.
