    At approximately 1 a.m. on April 1, Halifax Regional Police responded to Park Lane Mall, located at 5657 Spring Garden Road in Halifax, to the report of a disturbance. At this time it is unknown what was taken from the display. The matter is under investigation.

    At approximately 10 a.m. on April 1, Halifax Regional Police received a report of property damage (graffiti) at Saint Anges Church. At 11 a.m. that same day, police received a second report of property damage (graffiti) at Saint Benedict Church. Both investigations are ongoing and at this time appear to be related.
