The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that Windmill Road will be closed in both directions on Saturday from Wright Avenue to Victoria Road to facilitate the dismantling of a large overhead directional sign located in front of the Fairly and Stevens car dealership (the rain date will be Sunday).
