Residents are invited to attend the fourth in a series of public engagement sessions on the future direction of the Halifax Common Master Plan, on Monday, June 17.
We will be sharing key components of the Master Plan Draft that includes concept plans for the municipal open spaces as well as the Common-wide strategies for connections, character, and recreation experiences.
When: Monday, June 17 from 7 to 9 p.m.
Where: Citadel High School, Spatz Theatre Atrium (Entrance on 1855 Trollope Street)
There will be a presentation at 7 p.m. followed by an open house with topic-specific stations where you can learn more, ask questions, and provide input.
If you can’t make the meeting, there will also be an opportunity to provide feedback on the key directions and concept plans through an online survey beginning June 18 and running until July 16.
The goal of the Halifax Common Master Plan is to best guide how the Halifax Common can best serve the needs of community members now and in the future.

Les résidents sont invités à participer à la quatrième d’une série de séances de mobilisation du public sur l’orientation future du Halifax Common Master Plan, le lundi 17 juin.
Nous partagerons les principales composantes de l’ébauche du Master Plan qui comprend des plans conceptuels pour les espaces ouverts municipaux ainsi que les stratégies pour l’ensemble de la commune en ce qui concerne les connexions, le caractère et les expériences récréatives.
Quand : le lundi 17 juin de 19 h à 21 h
Où : Citadel High School, Spatz Theatre Atrium (entrée sur le 1855, rue Trollope)
Il y aura une présentation à 19 h suivie par des portes ouvertes avec des stations ayant trait au sujet où vous pouvez en savoir plus, poser des questions et offrir des commentaires.
Si vous ne pouvez pas participer à la réunion, il y aura aussi la possibilité de fournir une rétroaction sur les principales orientations et les plans conceptuels par l’entremise d’un sondage en ligne à partir du 18 juin jusqu’au 16 juillet.
L’objectif du Halifax Common Master Plan est de mieux guider la façon dont Halifax Common peut servir au mieux aux besoins des membres de la collectivité maintenant et à l’avenir.
