On October 30, 2019 at 11:53 p.m., Halifax Integrated Emergency Services Dispatch received a call about a structure fire in the 20-30 block of Herbert Road, Halifax. Halifax Regional Police and Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency responded.
A fire was located on the outside of a residence and was quickly extinguished. Damage was confined to a relatively small section of the outside of the house. Further examination by the firefighters lead them to believe that the fire was deliberately set.
