On February 2 at 3:05 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to 2313 Gottingen Street for a break and enter in progress. A citizen contacted police after observing a man damaging the front door of the business. Officers contained the business while K9 searched the interior locating the suspect inside.
After a brief struggle, the suspect was arrested for Break and Enter. A 21-year old man was charged with Break and Enter and released on conditions with a future Halifax Court Date.
