The second man, who is 22-years-old was also from Dartmouth, had left the area briefly prior to police arriving he then returned to the parking lot in his vehicle. He was also arrested without incident.

During the incident, when police were looking for the second man and his vehicle a similar vehicle was stopped by RCMP on Dartmouth Road, Bedford. That vehicle was quickly determined to be not involved in this incident.
