On June 14 at approximately 9 p.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to reports of dangerous driving on Portland Street, Dartmouth. Two vehicles were involved with one pursuing the other. The situation ended with a physical disturbance on Woodlawn Road between the involved parties who were known to one another.
A 34-year-old man was arrested at the scene and remains in custody. He will be attending Provincial Court to face multiple charges including Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Assault with a Weapon and Breach of Probation.
