On October 4 at approximately 12:53 a.m., Halifax Regional Police responded to a report of a Robbery at the Needs Convenience store located at 33 Herring Cove Road, Halifax.
A man entered the store, produced a knife and demanded cash from the clerk. The suspect fled on foot with a quantity of cash. He is described to police as a Caucasian man between the ages of 18 to 20 years-old with curly brown hair. He was wearing a black fabric mask and a black hooded sweatshirt with black pants and he was carrying a backpack. The clerk was not injured.
