Police are releasing photos and updated description of the suspects in a robbery that occurred in Halifax last night.
At approximately 11:10 p.m. police responded to a robbery that had occurred at the Shoppers Drug Mart located at 3430 Joseph Howe Drive in Halifax. The two suspects, one of whom had a knife, entered the store, damaged a display case and took electronic items. They then fled the store and were last seen getting into a car on Dutch Village Road. No one was physically injured.
The first suspect is described as a man, approximately 6’ with a thin build. At the time, he was wearing a black mask, hat, black jacket with lettering on the sleeve and jeans.
The second suspect is described as a woman, approximately 5’6”, wearing grey jogging pants, black sneakers and a white jacket with black trim and fur on the hood.
Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are asking anyone with information about this incident to call police at 902-490-5020.
