Police have charged a man in relation to a break and enter that occurred in Halifax over the weekend.
On February 6 at approximately 2 a.m., police responded to a report of a break and enter in progress at Atlantic News located at 5560 Morris Street. A man broke into the store, stole a quantity of tobacco products and fled the area on foot. Officers arrested him a short time later.
A 45-year-old man will appear in Halifax Provincial Court at a later date to face a charge of break and enter.
