Work details: A noise by-law exemption has been granted to support the replacement of a sanitation manhole. This work is in support of the Cogswell District project.
Traffic impact: Two lanes of traffic on Upper Water Street will be maintained and the sidewalks will remain open. Access to HMCS Scotian will be maintained.
