Police are continuing to investigate a robbery that occurred in Dartmouth last week and are releasing the suspect’s photo.
On September 2 at approximately 10 a.m. police responded to a robbery in progress in the parking lot near 80 Mawiomi Place. A man with what was believed to be a stick or pipe approached a woman who was exiting her vehicle, threatened her and demanded her keys. The suspect fled the area empty-handed. The woman was not physically injured.
The suspect is described as a man in his 40s to 50s, approximately 5'7" tall with a slim build, salt and pepper hair and a beard. He was wearing a khaki-coloured hat, a dark long-sleeved shirt, jeans, black boots, blue sunglasses and a face mask.
