Police have charged a man in relation to a theft from a motor vehicle that occurred in Halifax in January.
On January 31, a man stole property from a motor vehicle that was parked in a parking lot in the 3600 block of Barrington Street. On February 10, police requested the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect, and he has now been identified.
A 33-year-old man is scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court at a later date to face one count each of theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
