Missing Person: Rafuel Drar
Halifax Regional Police is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing 11-year-old youth.
Rafuel Drar was reported missing to police last night. His last known location was in the Dartmouth area.
He is described as Black, approximately 5’6” tall, 119 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
There is no information to suggest that Rafuel has met with foul play, however, police and his family are concerned for his well-being.
