TAKE NOTICE THAT HARBOUR EAST - MARINE DRIVE COMMUNITY COUNCIL did, on July 3, 2025 approve the following application:
PLANAPP-2024-01322- Application by Alex Dunphy to amend the existing Development Agreement for the lands at 112-114 Wyse Rd, Dartmouth (PID 00082792).
Any aggrieved person, the Provincial Director of Planning, or the Council of any adjoining municipality may, within fourteen days of the publishing of this notice, appeal to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (902-424-4448) in accordance with the provisions of the Halifax Regional Municipality Charter.

Request
Application by Alex Dunphy to amend the existing Development Agreement for the lands at 112-114 Wyse Rd, Dartmouth (PID 00082792).
Proposal
The applicant has applied to amend an existing development agreement for the lands located at 112-114 Wyse Rd (PID 00082792) to allow for a two (2) storey addition to the currently approved 20-storey building.
The Development Plans (provided below) outline the development proposal in detail, and include information related to existing and proposed building locations, parking locations, driveway access, and landscaping.

The application will be considered under the Substantive Amendments to a Development Agreement Process
