BY-LAW S-613 RESPECTING AMENDMENTS TO BY-LAW S-600, SOLID WASTE RESOURCE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL BY-LAW
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that By-law S-613, Respecting Amendments to By-law S-600, Solid Waste Resource Collection and Disposal By-law, was adopted by Halifax Regional Council on June 18, 2024
By-law S-613 amends By-law S-600, Respecting Solid Waste Resource Collection and Disposal. The purpose of the amendment is to address enforcement measures against illegal dumping and litter abatement.
The text of the amended By-law S-600 may be viewed on the Internet in the Legislation & By-law section or copies obtained from the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 1841 Argyle Street, 1st floor, Halifax between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
