At approximately 10 am, Halifax Regional Police responded to 137 Solutions Drive for a report of an injured male. Upon arrival, Police and EHS located a 39-year-old male who appeared to have fallen from a 5th floor balcony of the building. The injured male was pronounced deceased at the scene. Circumstances surrounding the details of the incident are currently under investigation however, the death is not deemed suspicious at this time.
