The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that the following street and sidewalk closures will take place to facilitate the completion of the Argyle and Grafton Shared Streetscape Project:
- October 20 and 21 – Prince Street sidewalk (north) closed between Argyle and Grafton streets.
- October 23 and 24 – Blowers Street closed between Barrington and Grafton streets.
- October 23 and 24 – Prince Street closed between Barrington and Grafton streets.
- October 25 and 26 – Sackville Street closed between Barrington and Grafton streets.
Crews will be on site each day between 6 a.m. and 8:30 p.m.
A marked detour will be in place and access to businesses will be maintained during these times
Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use an alternative route whenever possible.
The municipality appreciates the patience of residents and motorists while this work is completed.
