At 4:30 p.m. on November 22, police were called to the 2100 block of Barrington Street for a call of a man who had been stabbed. The 38-year-old victim was transported to the hospital with what appeared to be serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation revealed that the victim was involved in a fight with another man and the suspect during the fight pulled a knife and stabbed the victim. This was not a random act and police believe the suspect and the victim are known to each other. The investigation is continuing and the suspect has yet to be located.
