Late yesterday, Halifax Regional Police became aware of information about a potential threat related to Halifax malls, which led police to deploy resources to Halifax Shopping Centre early this morning. However, there was no threat established.
We continue to work with relevant partners and believe there to be no public safety risk to citizens of HRM.
