Robbery GO#18-2650

At 8:30 p.m. on January 5, Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery at Sobeys, 1120 Queen Street in Halifax. A male passed a note to a Pharmacist demanding drugs. The suspect left on foot with an undisclosed amount of drugs, in an unknown direction of travel. Patrol officers and members of the General Investigation Section responded. Officers confirmed no weapon was used or observed, and no one was injured.  Police searched the area but have not located the suspect.  The suspect is described as a white male, in his 20’s, shorter than 5’6”, thin build and clean shaven. He was wearing a dark blue winter jacket, hood up over face.
