Residents are invited to attend the second in a series of public engagement sessions on the future direction of the Halifax Common Master Plan, this Wednesday, Jan. 31.

The municipality is seeking feedback on how the Halifax Common could be improved to better serve the needs of community members.

This session will include a discussion on what residents value most about the public spaces on the Halifax Common and will also invite input on the first priority area: re-imagining the outdoor pool and aquatic area on the Central Common.

When: Wednesday, Jan. 31 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Where: Citadel High School, Spatz Theatre Atrium (Entrance on 1855 Trollope Street). The storm date will be Monday, Feb 5.

To join the discussion, take our online survey or tweet using the hashtag #imonthecommon. Residents are reminded that there will be three more public engagement sessions planned between March and June. Details regarding dates and locations will be announced in advance.
