At approximately 4 a.m. on Sunday, March 4, Halifax Regional Police attended to a stabbing on Blowers Street at Argyle Street in downtown Halifax. A 23-year-old male victim was take to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A 19-year-old male is being held for court in the morning. The two parties were known to each other. The 19-year-old male will appear at the Halifax Provincial Court and is being charged with aggravated assault, possession of weapons dangerous, resist arrest and causing a disturbance.
