Swearing in Ceremony
This morning, Halifax Regional Police (HRP) swore-in five new police officers at a ceremony held at Halifax City Hall. These officers have a myriad of police training and service with other police agencies across the country.
“We’re confident that our five new officers sworn in today will serve our community to the best of their ability with the best approaches, ideas and considerations possible,” said Deputy Chief Robin McNeil. “We welcome them as employees of Halifax Regional Police and I am thankful they have chosen to continue their careers serving our communities.”
The officers will fill existing vacancies in HRP’s Patrol Division.
