At approximately 3:18 a.m. on December 16, Halifax Regional Police responded to a break & enter in progress in the 6100 block of Duncan Street in Halifax. Police located and arrested an adult male and an adult female outside the residence. While investigating the break & enter, officers discovered a large quantity of marihuana plants. Police arrested tenant for cultivation and the residence has been secured for a Drug Search Warrant.
Investigators with the Drug Unit and Forensic Identification Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division are currently investigating and the investigation is ongoing.
