At 9:36 p.m. on December 24, officers responded to a street level robbery that occurred in the 6000 block of Young Street. The victim was mugged by two males and one female. One of the male suspects held a knife to the victim and demanded his phone. A struggle ensued and the victim escaped. The suspects fled on foot but were apprehended a short distance away, on Robie Street. The victim suffered only a minor scrape and did not require any medical assistance. The suspects, a 27-year-old male and a 26-year-old male, and one 24-year-old female, were held for court to face robbery charges.
