MOTION: 

That the Grants Committee recommend that Halifax Regional Council authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to negotiate and enter into a less than market value lease agreement with Needham Preschool and Daycare for the premises located at Needham Community Center, 3372 Devonshire Avenue, Halifax and such lease agreement shall contain key terms and conditions substantially similar to those set out in Table 1 in the discussion section of the staff report dated February 22, 2022.
