9.1.1 Less than Market Value Lease: Young Women’s Christian Association of Halifax [PDF]
Motion:
That the Grants Committee recommend that Halifax Regional Council approve a less than market value lease with the Young Women’s Christian Association of Halifax (YWCA Halifax) for the premises located at 1583 Beaver Bank Road, and the lease is to contain terms and conditions that are similar to those set out in the staff report dated July 12, 2024 and authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to execute the less than market value lease.
