Please visit the Planning Application website for Case 21639 to find information regarding the initiation of a comprehensive secondary planning process for the Middle Sackville Urban Local Growth Centre to enable mixed residential, commercial, institutional and recreational uses on lands surrounding the Highway 101 – Margeson Drive interchange in Middle Sackville.

7.1.3 Case 22732: Application by Hekmat Jarrar to enable a 19-unit seniors housing development located at 5 and 7 Kingswood Drive, Hammonds Plains [PDF]

This application was previously presented to NWPAC on September 2, 2020 [PDF]. The applicant has revised the proposal showing access to the development off Kenwood Avenue instead of Kingswood Drive. The proposed change in access and resulting revisions to the site plan warrant additional consideration by the Committee. 

In preparing a recommendation to the North West Community Council, the Committee is being asked to assess potential impact on the community, specifically:
• Site layout as it relates to the change in access now proposed off Kenwood Avenue.
