Motion: 
That the Grants Committee recommend that Halifax Regional Council approve a less than market value lease extension and amending agreement, with terms set forth in the staff report dated July 4, 2024, with Northwood Homecare Incorporated for the premises located at 409 Glendale Drive, Lower Sackville, and authorize the Mayor and Municipal Clerk to execute the less than market value lease extension and amending agreement.
