The majority of main arterials are clear and passable. Additional equipment has been deployed to address isolated flooding as a result of wet snow and heavy rain. Plowing and de-icing on residential streets is ongoing. The high volume of parked vehicles on streets overnight restricted clearing crews from gaining access to many residential areas. Clearing operations will continue today and overnight in all areas.
