    The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that the speed limit will be reduced to 50 km/h on Lucasville Road in Lucasville. The reduced speed zone includes the existing 60 km/h zone from Civic 315 to Eleventh Street and the existing 70 km/h zone from Eleventh Street to Hammonds Plain Road.
