ENThis Sunday marks the 39th annual Peace Officers’ Memorial, which is held each year at Grand Parade in downtown Halifax. The event honours peace officers based in Nova Scotia who died in the line of duty and is a humbling reminder of the selflessness and dedication of those who lost their lives while serving others.

EN FRThe Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that speed limits will be reduced from 50 km/h to 40 km/h on Belmont on the Arm and nearby streets. All streets with reduced speeds are inside the highlighted area of the attached map. Crews have posted new signage.
