ENAt approximately 6:31 p.m. on November 1, Halifax Regional Police responded to a robbery at Personal Tailoring, 6251 Quinpool Road in Halifax. A man entered the business, he had a knife and demanded cash from the employee who was working. The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money; there were no injuries.

ENAt 7:36 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, Halifax Regional Police responded to reports of five vehicles backed up on to Monaghan Drive in Halifax with a group of protesters protesting in close proximity. The situation was impacting two-way traffic and, more seriously, could have resulted in an injury to a member of the public as it posed a serious public safety threat.
